Fully Built Ford Transit 250 Class B

This ford transit motorhome is a true studio on the go. I love her but dont use her enough to warrant not sharing her. She Was built by a contractor and his son. She is homemade but will treat you as you treat her. Not the prettiest in certain details but is a safe and rugged home for the weekend. She also has many amenities that are hard to find in this size package at this price! This RV has a shower, compostable toilet, 1 burner induction top with pans and pots, a drying rack, spare wooden utensils and plastic dishware. The Van has two 20 gallon tanks ( 20 gallons hot water, and 20 gallons (3 part filtered) drinkable water, (40 total)! With a matching grey water capacity! The sink gets hot and cold water as well (access to all 40 gallons) There is decent of storage space. easy on and off switch for 2000W inverter, 6850 Amp hour LiIon battery bank, Full size bed that sleeps 2 (cut to fit) sleeps persons 5'10" comfortably (without sleeping at an angle or with knees bent), comes with clean linens that fit mattress. Two foldable chairs also included(available upon request) Propane tank will be at least half full (unless requested differently by you) . Separate smaller cans must be used with heater always in well ventilated space. (one provided upon request. Lastly the unit has 400 Watt Solar system, and a dc-dc charger to keep the refrigerator and fans working whenever you want. I recently recently installed a wonderful split AC unit over the bed/couch. AC unit must not be left on when leaving van or used when battery bank below 30 percent. Rules and Policies - -Minimum renter age of 25 -No pets allowed unless cleared first -No smoking allowed -Van must be returned with a full tank of gasoline. If the tank is not full a charge of $120 will be added. -Dumping of the grey water tanks can be completed after drop off for an additional $50. The compostable toilet is a fee of $100 as well if not emptied -The standard pick-up window is 10:30pm-2pm, an additional fee will be applied for early pick-up- $50 8am-10:30am, and $75 for 5am-8am. Late pick up 75 for 2:15pm - 5:30pm. Please reach out at the time of booking to request an early pick-up. -The standard drop-off window is 8am-12pm an additional fee will be applied for late drop-off - $50 1pm-4pm, $75 for 4pm-7pm, and $100 for 7pm-10pm.
